Welcome to the AOI College application process. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to complete your application.
Steps to Admission
STEP 1: Prepare Required Documents
Please prepare scanned copies of the following documents for electronic submission.
1. Passport Copy
Make a copy of you passport photo and personal information page. If you have dependents applying for the F-2 visa, please submit a copy of their passport as well.
2. Bank Statement / Proof of Financial Support
Submit proof of financial support, such as a recent bank statement or proof of funds in English, showing that tuition and living expenses can be covered while attending AOI College of Languages.
The minimum required balance is:
- $5,100 / 1 Term
- $10,200 / 2 Terms
- $15,300 / 3 Terms
- $20,400 / 4 Terms / 1 Year
For each F-2 dependent, an additional $600 per Term (12 weeks) must be shown in the financial documentation.
3. Current I-20 Copy (Transfer Students Only)
Transfer students must submit a copy of the current Form I-20 issued by their current school. The Form I-20 must be valid. If your SEVIS record is terminated, please contact AOI before applying.
4. F-1/F-2 Visa Copy (Transfer Students Only)
Transfer students must submit a copy of their F-1 visa. If you have F-2 dependents, please also submit copies of their F-2 visas.
5. Form I-94 Copy (Transfer Students Only)
Transfer students must submit a copy of their most recent Form I-94. You may download your I-94 from the official U.S. Customs and Border Protection I-94 website.
STEP 2: Complete Required Forms
Complete the following required forms for electronic submission:
1. Application Form
Complete the AOI College of Languages online application form. (PDF version is also available)
2. Affidavit of Support Form
If you are being financially supported by a parent, family member, or sponsor, please complete the Affidavit of Support form. The sponsor’s name should match the name listed on the bank statement or financial document.
3. Application Fee
Pay the $180 application fee to complete your application.

STEP 3: Submit your Application
Once all required documents are prepared and all required forms are completed, submit your online application.
After your application is received, AOI College of Languages will review your materials and contact you regarding the next steps.

AOI College of Languages is approved by the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP)
to enroll F-1 international students and issue the Form I-20. AOI provides school-related
admissions and Form I-20 information in accordance with applicable DHS, SEVP, and SEVIS
requirements.
